AnswerThe best I can do is direct you to pet shippers in ZA who can best
address this issue. visit: www.ipata.com
The cat MUST travel ONLY as cargo, so you must allow 6-8 hours
connecting time at any airport you go thru.
Do not sedate. Do not feed for several hours before travel and
nothing during travel. Water is good.
Do NOT depend upon any petshipper in USA or elsewhere, other than, ZA,
to advise you with this.
You will need the ZA version of health cert. Microchip. Rabies vac
at least 30 days old. I do not know if you will need any blood tests.
From USA, none is required of cats, but 4 are necessary for dogs.
Also you will need import permit from ZA
