Moving dog from Thailand to France

Hi, I have a dog that has the EU pet passport, we took him from England to Thailand with us and now it is time to go back.  I have kept all his vaccinations up to date, he has tick, worm and heartworm treatment.  We want to relocate to France to avoid quarrantine.  We plan to stay there for 6 months or permanently.  What are the requirements for going to France and what timescale to get things ready are we talking about?  Thank you

my website.   Contact both for up to date requirements.  Also contact
French embassy or consulate there in Thailand
I am sure you will need to have blood work done with a minimum wait of
3 mos before travel to France.  Best I can tell you is to check it out
