How long do my 2 cats have to be quarantined for if i decide to move to Canada?

Answer
There is NO quarantine in Canada.  Just need a health cert issued
within 10 days of flight and a valid rabies vac.
Bring them with you as excess baggage if you can. Much cheaper and
they would clear customs with you.
Get this info from the passenger reservation people at the airline
you use.
Even if you were to go to Canada via USA, there would be no problem
