how long of a quarantine for a dog to travel from Calif to Hawaii

The best advice anyone can give you is go there and it will explain
everything you must do. Contact them directly.
You are facing either 4 mos quarantine at home in Calif, or you can
quarantine the dog in Hawaii.  Everything will be right there for you
