Question
I'm traveling to Egypt and I wanted to know what are the requirements to get my dog into Egypt?
What papers do I need to have to get him into cairo airport.
Thanks,

Answer
Dear Ayman
If I knew where in USA you are, could help.  What are your flight
plans?  Would be best if you can take dog with you as excess baggage.
Cargo is more expensive, and would subject dog to longer customs
clearing time.  Everyone advises against arrival during day time
in hot season.
Only paper requirements I can find are: aphis 7001 international
health cert issued within 10 days of flight and endorsed by usda.
Also, valid rabies vac at least 30 days old and less than 1 yr
We do not seem to have a pet travel agent in Cairo.  I suggest
you contact: Mustafa at: www.avcclinic.com  in Abu Dhabi
pro@avcclinic.com   He seems to be most familiar with Egypt......
Let me know how else I can help
