Bringing a dog from France to the U.S.

Hello,
What documentation and which shots should a dog have (and in what time frame)prior to being able to be flown (private plane) from France to the U.S.?  Thank you!

Entry into USA is very easy.  Health cert issued within 10 days of
travel.  Valid rabies vac.  Should be 30 days old and less than 1 yr.
If you have proof that rabies vac is for an extended time, expiration
past date of entry, this is good
Highly recommend microchip though not required.  Highly recommend
dog be current on ALL vacs, but not required
Does the dog have the EU pet passport?
