Travel to Ireland with dog

Question
Hi I would like to know if I travel to Ireland from the US do I have to have my dog
quarantined? We have a international chip and all her papers. We are hoping to
take a holiday for 2 weeks and wanted to take her with us. The other question
was is there an airline that would allow us to take her in the cabin with us as she
is only 5.7lbs. Thank you for any advice you can give. James

Answer
Have you done the blood titre test and waited for 6 mos from the
date of blood draw?  Then your dog could enter Ireland
There would be no quarantine if these are met.

Under NO circumstances can dog travel in cabin.  MUST travel only as
cargo.  If you go by continent, then you can more easily travel with
dog.
