Question
i will be moving to the UK in November, and i am extremely worried about my cat not making the long trip in the cargo hold of the plane.  Is there any possible way for her to ride in the cabin of the aircraft under the seat? i know that some airlines allow this, but I believe that the UK does not. Is there any medical stipulations to this rule?
help!!

Answer
Dear Nicole
Under NO circumstances could your cat go into the cabin on a direct
flight to UK.  Must travel as cargo.  This indeed is very safe and
you should have no worries.
They are making some exceptions now for service dogs in the cabin
To avoid this, you could route yourself via the continent, take the
cat into the cabin, then procure the pet passport in some other EU
country then continue to UK.  This would take some planning and
could be less expensive for you.
I can explain this to you better by phone.
