Getting a puppy

Question
What are the requirements if my friends gonna give me her dog in the
Philippines which  is registered under her name and I wanna get but the dog
but iam  here in south Carolina USA  

Answer
All flight arrangements must be made in PI.  Should be no problem
shipping dog to USA, in your case probably Atlanta.  Would need
health cert issued within 10 days of flight and a valid rabies vac.
The owner's name of the dog should present no problem
