Relocating to USA with 2 labradors and 1 chinchilla

We have recently been relocated from Mexico to live in the USA. We have 2 labs and 1 chinchilla. We don't have a car and are considering traveling by bus or plane. Is it safe to travel 17 hours on bus with the pets and what are the requirements to cross the border. Can we even take a chinchilla?

I am sure there is NO way the Mexican bus companies will allow you
to take the dogs on their buses.  No way in USA
Don't know about the chinchilla.  You will need to get all this
info from people in Mexico.  I would think the air travel is best.
To enter USA all you need is a health cert issued within 10 days of
travel and a valid rabies vac for the dogs.
The Chinchilla, I do not know.
