Traveling with Yorkie from Tbilisi, Georgia to USA then to Zambia via South Africa

I currently live in Tbilisi, Georgia, I will be leaving here in early Aug for the USA.  I plan to be in the USA for approx 45 days then travel to Lusaka, Zambia via South Africa.  What shots etc does my Yorkie need to have to transit through Munich, Germany?  What do I need for her to enter the US?  What shots etc do we need for her to go to Zambia through South Africa?  I am aware that I must have a 4+ hour layover in South Africa so the vet can process her.

This is going to be a VERY expensive situation for you.
You won't need any special shots or paperwork to just transit Munich
To enter USA, a health cert issued within 10 days of travel, and a
valid rabies vac
To Zambia and So Africa is another matter.  One thing, dog MUST travel as cargo ONLY to So Afr.
You will need import permits and special health certs.  Best to
visit:  www.ipata.com   for member firms in So Afr and maybe Zambia
