Traveling from Italy to Seattle with 3 cats and two dogs

I'm planning on moving to Seattle in the next 18 months from Italy. My pets currently have their pet passports as we all moved from the UK 5 years ago. However they did not have a rabies blood test even though they have had the vaccination. What else do I need to do to relocate all my animals.
I would also like to know if my two small dogs can travel in the cabin with me?

The pet passport is of no value for travel to USA  They do not need any blood test, either
All you need is a health cert issued within 10 days of travel and a valid rabies vac
For cabin travel, you must get this info from the airline you travel on
