polycarbonate sheeting

Question
I have a pond approx. 4mx6m & it has a pagola over it. What I would like to do is put polycarbonate sheeting on top & around it,(it also so has to be removeable for the summer)this is due that it is in the open & I would like to stop the wind chill.I was thinking of puting some sort of channeling on the under side of the roof & on the floor around the pagola and slideing the sheeting in for the sides & a brace in the middle for extra strenth, as for the roof I was thinking of some type of double glazing fixng holding the roof down. Do you have any ideas on the subject and any suppliers also I live in the U.K.
