HELP

Question
My mom and i just found a half-drowned baby toad in our pool. He is REALLY small, probably not even a quarter of an inch long. What should you feed him? How should i house him?

Baby toads (if it's a toad and not a frog) are not aquatic (even though he was in the pool).  They will only eat small, live foods.  Some pet stores sell pinhead (newborn) crickets and wingless fruitflies which are pretty much all the live foods that they sell that are small enough for a baby toad.  When larger, mealworms, crickets, waxworms, earthworms, etc. can be eaten.  A baby toad should have a very shallow dish of water (no deeper than the baby is tall) as well as mostly land area with natural things like soil, sticks, and leaves.  The baby would do best if released back into the wild to eat the tiny animals that exist in nature.  I have a page on toads at http://www.fishpondinfo.com/toad.htm
