Fish safe adhesive

Question
I was wondering if you could tell me what I could use to glue rocks to the side of a preformed pond that would be safe for fish? I  would just like to cover a little of the black showing so it doesn't look so phony. I usually just build a wall of rocks, but the frogs and animals knock them in the pond .

I've used these products for minor jobs in the pond as far as attached and sealing things.  I don't know if they're strong enough to hold on big rocks but they should hold say pea gravel.
