Fungus on fish

Question
I have already sent a message to Robyn as below:
We have goldfish and Shebunkins in our pond and recently some have died. They seem to have a sort of fungus growing on them, which is anywhere on their body. We have bought a ph testing kit today and the read was 0.3, which was the lowest on the scale. We are now unsure what to do. Please help

I gave him incorrect information - the nitrate is 0.3 and the temperature is 14 degrees fahrenheit. We have seperated the fish that have the fungus growing on them into an isolation tank to hopefully stop it from spreading. In this we have put acriflavine. We have followed the instructions which says to double the dose on the 2nd week which we have done but it doesn't seem to have worked.

Please help

Answer
Hi Jacqueline,
Is the fungus like small white dots or is it fuzzy and in larger patches?  I need to know this in order to give you the best advice.  Let me know if you have not already gotten your answer.  I'm sorry it took me so long to respond.

thx,
Tom
