Question
HI
My problem is we just built are first pond outside, the problum we have is we have a lot of bubbles like form on top of the water. What could this be,we have water coming off flat rocks is the water flow to hard or do we have to many Gold fish in the water,Thankyou witing to hear from you.Penny

Answer
It is most likely a construction input, such as mineral dust on the rocks you used.  You should be able to get rid of it naturally, with water changes, after a few months.  There are also a few foam removers on the market, but they only work with certain types of foam.  Foam can be caused by many things, but I am guessing that it came from construction inputs.
