Hi there,
This is really a duplicate question...Sometimes computers get odd and send the same letter twice. But there is something I wanted to mention about tankmates for African cichlids. You may also try some of the Botia Loaches, sharks, large danios and rainbowfish, as well as larger tetras such as Red-eye tetras, Black skirts, diamond tetras, and congo tetras. But again, keep in mind that Africans can just be too aggressive. It depends upon the individual species. And also invdividual circumstances, which means I cannot guarantee anything. mixing Cichlids (including non-africans too) with other freshwater fish is always kind of a hit-and-miss thing. Also keep in mind the water requirements of the species you want to mix with the africans. For example sometimes tetras thrive best in softer water while Africans do their best in very hard water with a quite high pH.

I really hope this helps!
Best wishes as always,
Karen~

Answer
A big hello again Mary!
I sure would assume  the two fish you described could be an Electric blue and a Electric yellow (sometimes also called a yellow lab- Labidochromis caeruleus)and the electric blue (also called electric blue ahli- Sciaenochromis Ahli) You can find both of these cichlids' pictures by going to "Liveaquaria.com" and typing in the search box "Electric yellow" or "Electric blue" there you will find a very good picture of these cichlids plus some very useful information on their care and temperament.

Because you are the best at indentifying your own cichlids. You might also want to look at this website which has tons of pictures of african cichlids of nearly every sort-
"Http://cichlid_forum.com/articles/african_cichlid_genus_gallery.php"

Of course, many other cichlids could fit your description and the best way to go is to try your best at searching through various cichlid pictures and comparing them to your own little two cichlids.

About the little loner cichlid. It is possible he could be being bullied or is simply fearful to swim around in the aquarium. It could take him more time to adjust but as always just watch him and insure he isn't really becoming sick. It's always best to also check your ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates to confirm that poor water quality isn't the problem.

I really hope this helps you in your cichlid indentification!

Best wishes as always,
Karen~
