ICH help

Hi, I need help quick...my ryukin has lots of white bumps/nodules on his tail ...my reading says its ICH  Right? If yes, what do I do...this can be fatal right?  I read about temp raise, add salt...or should I buy store meds?  Do I remove my carbon and my  gold snails ? Please help...my tank is still cycling and I don't want to lose him! Thanks for your quick reply

Ich [white spot] is caused by stress and bad water quality.
You mention that your tank is still cycling and this is the cause of your problem. Meanwhile, all you can do is daily water changes of about 30% and test the water. Your fish is probably very stressed because your ammonia levels are very high because the tank isnt cycled. Your tank will take six weeks to cycle.
