Water in new aquarium

Question
Hello Chris,
I bought a 20G tank yesterday and started the filter run.
I put 10G of Spring water and 10G of tap water. I added the stress coat to it.
Now its about 26hrs from the start.
I do not see any signs of water cloudyness etc, exept for some bubbles on the surface. (i heard that cloudyness is common)
Does this mean that the system is OK for fish to be added?
Any checks i need to make before i add fish to it?
I am planning to start with 4 Mollies.

Please advice

Answer
Hi Aaron;

As long as the filter and heater are working, everything sounds just fine to add fish. I would start with only two mollies though. Don't add any more fish until the break-in period is over in about 6 weeks or so. Here is a link to may article that explains why and how to get through it with a minimum of problems;
