Fish spawning while treating for Ich

Question
Help!!!
My Caucatodious (4, 1 male 3 female) are spawning and I am currently treating for ICH. I have four Dorsigers who all showed signs of ICH and am a week into thier treatment. The spots were gone for the first time today and everything I read says to treat for three or four more days(after spots disappear). BUT my Caucatoiudes are spawning. The Cacatoides never showed outward signs of the parasite but are in the same tank. I do not have another tank to move them to. I believe I should continue with the ICH treatment but do not know what it will do to the spawn. Any advice or suggestions greatly appreciated!

I am using Kordell's RidIch
PH 6.5
GH 3
Temp 76
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
SetUp 3 mos

Answer
Hi Erik;

Ich meds are always best used for at least 10 days. The eggs and fry may not survive the treatment, but your fish will try again. Even if you move the seemingly unaffected fish, you may still be moving the disease with them. Treat all the fish and wait to see how they do.

Followups welcome.
