ill map turtle

i have 2 map turtles one is quite lively and the other seems to be ill it wont eat and its just laying on the rocks and sleeping could u give me some advice on what i could do to help it.they are both still quite young and i havent had them that long

One might be inherently weaker or less likely to thrive, or infested with parasites, or injured.

Otherwise, I'd have to suggest seeing a vet.
