what breed are they.

Hello,
i was told that when we bought these terrapins that they were from the missippi river.
i have a 3 inch terrapin with yellow around his eyes and a light brown shell, with a baby terrapin who is about 1 1/2 inches and has a yellow belly with 4 spots and has yellow stripes all over him and his shell with a greenish background.
Also the big terrapin is starting to flake on its shell.

The 3 incher is a bit tougher, but I'm thinking Map turtle (http://www.austinsturtlepage.com/world_of_turtles/Mississippi_Map_Turtles_-_Grap...), or Yellow mud turtle (http://www.austinsturtlepage.com/world_of_turtles/Yellow_Mud_Turtles_-_Kinostern...)
