Closed eyes

Question
I went to a market and saw turtles being sold in a packed street. I couldn't take the fact that little kids were tapping on the tank and startling the turtles so I took the choice to buy them and take proper care of them. I've had them for almost 2 years now and i recently just moved from California to Washington the state where it was from hot to cold in an instant. I've noticed my turtles having shut eyes and it won't open. I'm panicky because i treat my turtles as if they were children of my own and i don't know how to treat this. can you help?

Although this is probably too late for you, the turtles have a simple eye infection. Get the temps back right (and a little warm), get the water nice and clean, get the diet back on track, and try some Turtle Sulfa Dip as per directions.
