Question
he seems to be making alot of noise wen he is in the pool and nowhere on he Internet explains it do you no why he is making the noise.

Answer
It could be many things...

Some tortoises just 'talk' a lot. It might be a sign of agitation, especially if it is a forced soak rather than voluntary.

If one of these, just stop the forced soaks* and see if it goes away.

Other possibilities mostly involve an item or swelling in the throat, a touch of a respiratory infection, etc. If it is otherwise behaving normally then these are less likely.

*= forced soaks are moderately stressful to a tortoise. There are usually better ways to handle the issue of hydration:
- a water pool that allows voluntary soaks- easy to get into and out of, and/or...
- a humidity box (a plastic box with a lid, and a hole in the side. Put a couple inches of a fluffy, dampened substrate in it. Park the box in a warm part of the habitat.) This simulates a humid burrow- Leopards and other grasslanders often hide in burrows with 70% humidity in them, and humidity has been shown to help reduce pyramiding in many species of tortoise.
