Question
i recently bought 2 redeaesliders, a female and a male, they are 3cm in diameter, and i am concerned about the female because she hasn't eaten anything for 3 days. i took a closer look and she has a nose diformity she has only a nose hole. the male eats a lot, he is preety active, swims, and when i take him in my hand he tries to get away, as for the female she sleeps a lot, when she is not sleeping she just floats. I'm very worried because they have the same conditions but they act very diffrent, and i don't want to lose the female

Answer
This is a halth related question. I have a very visible instruction list of required information if you are going to ask a health related question. Your failure to follow those instructions may result in a less than complete or informed answer.

You need to take her to the vet. That is the only reasonable course. This is either an injury or metabolic disorder such as MBD that has caused erosion of the underlying bone, or a birth deformity, or it is an infection of the tissue which forms the nares, likely a fungal infection which are hard to get rid of without aggressive treatment. She may also have aspirated on water at some point and be suffering respiratory infection also.

Her behavior tells me that this is a fatal condition without veterinary intervention. She is not "sleeping". She is weak and trying to bask in order to boost her immune system. Proper temperatures and UVB lighting are critical, but too late for that now to have a life saving effect on it's own. She probably has only a few days to survive, at most in my opinion, and you need to take her to a vet right away. She has no time for delays.
