Question about my baby turtle

I got my baby turtle about a week ago and the first thing i noticed was its
especially red plastron. Im pretty certian that it is an eastern painted turtle but i
have not seen one with such a red plastron. Is this some kind of disease? hes
doing well and eating every day but i want to know if hes sick/what i should do

Hello Victor, it could be a turtle similar to the Painted Turtle but called the Florida Red Bellied Turtle. Some have more red then others
