my female tortoises poo

my female horsefield tortoise trys to poo out a a hard blob of poo (i'm not sure if it is actually poo) when she trys pooing it out half of it come out but then it goes back in and yellow sloppy poo comes out instead what shall i do?

Answer
"Comes out and goes back in" usually describes a 'prolapse', an internal organ slipping out. If it is going back in, then it may be what we call 'fanning', which is when a male tortoise exposes its penis.

How sure are you this is a female?
