Turtle not moving from over 24 hrs.

Question
My box turtle who is a about a 2 inch long is not moving, not
opening his eyes from from yesterday... I tried to tap him but
still he is not moving. I am worried. Please give advice.

I do have instructions which explain the information you are to provide if you want to ask me a question. My best advice is for you to obviously see a veterinarian, or if that is not an option, you ned to adhere to my instructions when asking your question. You waste my time otherwise, because there is absolutely nothing to go on here, ok.
