my three toed acting weird

Question
My turtle keeps biting at his left front foot and rolling over-has been trying to mate with my other turtles in the pen.  He has never done this before and this is totally out of character for him. Is something wrong?

Hello he sounds like possibly he is trying to mate,
if so you should think really hard about the number of eggs they can produce as well as the danger of the breeding on fe,male.

he could be biting his foot out of frustration as well.
