taming a redtail

I just got a 6ft 4 year old redtail boa with a 100 gallon aquarium and its pretty aggressive and I wanna know how to tame it down. I also have a 1 year old albino kingsnake that has never even struck at anyone so do I just need to handle it alot?

As to the kingsnake-yes, just keep holding it every-so-often.  THe redtail-at 6 ft the snake is already an adult.  "Taming" it will be a process.  Is it aggressive both inside and outside the cage or only inside?  Many snakes are aggressive in the tank, but once you get them out and hold them they calm right down.  Have you handled it at all, or did someone just drop these animals off and you're afraid to go anywhere near this one?
