i have 2 terrapins i think 1 is male and 1 female and would like 2 no why 1 of them keep going 2 bottom of tank and its just staying there and the other 1 keeps going down 2 it and shaken its claws 2 the otha and were do they lay there eggs

They lay THEIR eggs in soil.  I'm not sure about "shaken its claws 2 the otha," (nor what language that is...), but perhaps it's a breeding behavior.  You will need to provide an area where they can get out of the pool and dig for egg laying to take place.  And make sure your UVB Bulbs are up to date as her calcium requirements will be very high if she is breeding.
