Question
i have two pair of rabbits, out of which two of them lost their weight my vet gave them oral feed which is a mineral and vitamins and also another which will help them to digest well.
after which it gained weight and now its healthy and active , but now the other one though it seems to be eating welland its stoll looks normal but its not active its always sleeping sideways stretching its 4 legs, ny vet asked to continue the same medication but iam concerned because, it refuses to take any oral liquids, still i forcefully try and feed it

i was just wondering if there was any other ways i can bring back its weight and activeness

Answer
Hi Shashi,

I think you should listen to the vet and carry on with the medication even if you have to force-feed your rabbit. You can feed him mashed up weetabix as well. This puts the wight on and most rabbits love it. I don't think you can do anything to make him active. You just have to wait til he goes back to normal.

Hope this Helps
