Amie,
Really need advise on what to do to prevent rabbit from chewing. Tried apple bitters to spray but doesn't work much.  What can we put on things he chews, maybe there is something that will be harmless to him and useful in preventive excessive chewing, something that tastes bad for example?  He chewed like half of the house already.
Interestingly, he is not interested in his fruit-flavored wooden toys and blocks but only in furniture, carpets and walls.

    Try also spraying him with very cold water every time he chews.

You could try putting Mustered on everything he chews. As you know this can taste bad. and with animals never tasting it. So trying useing Mustered. It works for dogs every time they have been naughty. So it might work for your rabbit. I cant really think of anything that wont hurt your rabbit. I can think of some but they will halm him.

Try the mustered and if it doesnt work then let me know. I will find more  information now for you just incase it doesnt work and i will have the information ready for you.

Hi
 You can just use normal mustered. But the best time to use it is when you got out. Just spread it over where your rabbit chews. Then go out for a bit. Leave your rabbit in that room. Make sure there is no where he can get out. You could even just stay out on the back garden for a hour if u wanted. It just gives your rabbit time to be able to get the taste of the mustered. Once he knows he is on his own, he will think he can do whatever he wants. But once he has tast the mustered. It should make him stop. Then when you come back. You can just wipe it of. and give a little spray of so,ething to take the smell away.
