which bedding?

i have a 2 year old, female dwarf rabbit. Every time i use newspaper, straw, hay or shredded up paper as bedding, all she does is eat it all up! Which kind of bedding should i use for her that is affordable?

A lot of people fill a litterbox so that newspaper is on the bottom, then litter, then hay on top so the bunny can munch and do their business at the same time.

Safe litters are plain clay cat litter (not the clumping kind), Yesterday's News, Feline Pine, CareFresh, or other litters of those types.

All rabbits seem to like to eat the litter, she is just doing what comes normally.
