Bunny licking

I just got an 8 week old bunny last week, female.  The weird thing is she likes to lick me a lot.  I can hardly believe she is doing it because she loves me already ;o)  I didn't read anything about giving them salt tabs, which is the only thing i can figure why the licking? Any ideas?

She may be grooming you, rabbits are very social and grooming is one of their social behaviors.  You could look at http://www.muridae.com/rabbits/rabbittalk_intro.html and go to Yeah Baby, I Like it Like That, which talks about rabbits grooming socially.

You could certainly get a salt lick for her, but likely she is doing it so that you will groom her back.
