Small stool

Question
I have noticed in the last couple of days my dwarf female has a small stool and is not going as much as normal, she is eating and drinking and is very affectionate and playful. I gave her some hay and she went wild for it. Any advise is greatly apprecciated.

Hi Dave,
Your rabbit may have slight constipation, you should always have a fresh supply of hay for her to eat, this is high in fibre and helps the digestive system, it is an important part of their diet. Give her extra fresh food daily until she appears to have normal droppings.
