Bald patches on my Rabbit

Hi there, and thanks for reading this.
I have a 2 year old castor rex.  She is the sweetest thing and I never realized a grown woman could love a rabbit so much!
I had to have her treated recently for a bot fly problem.  The 3 were removed and she is finally healed.  Now I see a bald patch on her dulap and wonder if this is signalling more flies, although I've checked every day and see no sign of this.
Why might she have a large bald patch like this?

hi carole -firstly she may have mites so you can buy powder to rub in or she may have plucked herself , this happens when does have phantom pregnancys, they pluck themselves thinking they are about to give birth , if this is the case the fur should soon come back.
