QuestionWe found a bunny that is obviously someone's pet. We are putting an ad in the paper, but it won't run until Thursday and Friday. We have noticed that "Bugs" is a little stinky, can we bathe him or anything to get him smelling better? We have a cage that is probably too small for him and we would like to let him out to play and exercise, but he does smell pretty bad. I thank you for your time and expertice on this matter. We have never had a bunny before and so we are relying on neighbors and friends to help us until we find his home.
very sincerely,

AnswerHi Lalauni,
Put some lukewarm water into a bowl and preferably buy some small animal shampoo (not cats and dogs) or use a small bit of skin sensitive soap, put him in the bath (he might not like this but be patient!) don't get any in his eyes, ears or nose and use a baby wipe to clean his bottom, dry him with a hairdryer (on minimum power) or just towel dry him, but don't let him outside until hes dry. He should smell sweet :)
Hope this helps
Katie
