outdoor housing

We just bought 2 rabbits and would like to know about outdoor housing and shelter, any and all info would be greatly appreciated.

My rabbits are all housed outdoors in basic wire cages.  They are sheltered from the rain, snow and wind by tarps and plywood. We live in Ohio and I do not offer any extra bedding or boxes in the winter.  I have never lost a rabbit due to the elements.
