specific foods to help overcome snuffles?

Question
my new little baby dwarf bunny has unfortunately been diagnosed with pasteurellosis.  she's been on antibiotics (via waterbottle dilution) for two days.  is there any special kind of food that will help boost her little system to overcome this illness?  syptoms are just the sneezes (just a couple per day) a wet nose, sometimes runny nose, and a very slight goopiness in the eyes.  i'm just heartbroken for her.  any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Answer
Was a culture taken of the nasal infection, and sensitivities cultured for specific antibiotics?  Any antibiotic that I have been prescribed has been given via injection or orally (not mixed with drinking water).  It may be the antibiotic is wrong or the dosage is not high enough to be therapeutic.

And is this pasteurella, which is described at http://homepage.mac.com/mattocks/morfz/rabrefs.html#past along with treatments, or what is more commonly called snuffles, at http://homepage.mac.com/mattocks/morfz/rabrefs.html#bacteria?

We've had bunnies live with chronic conditions for years, without a problem.

You might consider herbs, or homeopathy, both described at http://homepage.mac.com/mattocks/morfz/rabrefs.html#herbal  There are several lists online that can point you in the right direction.

I've not heard of any food that will boost immunity, but
I have heard of herbal and homeopathic supplements that can.
