Question
Hi, as I said in a previse email I am getting a pair of meduim/large breed female bunnys this april, they will be from from teh same litter and will be living together, I have a mini rex female now who can't be more then 3 & 1/2 pounds, I wasn't planning on housing her with my two new bunnys but if theres a possilbity that she could live with them adn lead a happier life I would try to introduce them, the new bunnys will be about 6/9 weeks old, I was thinking of putting them all in the new bunnys cage for intrductions, would this work? what would my mini rex's first reaction to the bunnys? if I put a light scent on them like baby powder to get them to all smell the same would this sort of mask there scent and make them all smell the same? my mini rex will be about 7 months by that time, supposibly she is sexualy mature now and she is not meaner then she was when I got her so maybe this wont interfer with the interductions(?), I think the bunnys will be teh same size or just about as big as her when I bring them home since they will be full sixe rex or hurliqine crosses, any advice is apreacted, thanks.

Answer
If you put them in the new bunnies' cage before you put the new bunnies in there, yes, you could try that.  Remember that they may fight.  I think I would try vanilla extract over baby powder, since vanilla is a stronger scent.

You may also consider getting her spayed, just in case someone isn't actually female (which has been known to happen even to the best of us).

Alternatively, you could put them all together in a bathtub, since that is a space none of them will have been in.
