New hutch

I have just brought my rabbits a new hutch. It is very similar to the old one apart from it has an upstairs and a downstairs. They have never used stairs before and seem to have difficulty. Will they get the hang of it eventually. Is they anything I can do to help them learn? Also is it best that I introduce them to the new hutch slowly?

Are the stairs plastic or wood?  Carpeted?  There needs to be something for them to grip to be able to get up and down them.

If there is something to grip, they will eventually figure it out, but they have to do it on their own.

I would just put them in the new one, don't worry that they won't adjust.
