Question
Hi, I have decided to get a Male holland lop. I have a cage/hay rack/bottle/dish and a few cat balls to trow around but need to know if there is anything else I need? what kind of bedding? a litter box? which type? What brands of food would be best and avalible from a pet shop?

When I first bring my bunny home how long do I have to wait to hold and play with him?

And lastly At what aghe would be safest to have him neutered? Is it ok to have himneutered? I've never heard of neutering a rabbit until a few weeks ago.. it seems odd... will it change him?

Ps: At what age will he bbe fully grown?

Answer
If the cage has a solid bottom, then Yesterday's News or Carefresh would work well.  These would also work for the litterbox.  A regular cat litterbox is great.

Foods that are good are any that are just plain pellets (no colored bits or corn or beans) by Kaytee, Nutriphase, Purina, Mazuri, or other manufacturers.

I would give him a few days to get adjusted, when he seems interested in what's going on around him then he may want to start to play.  Remember rabbits are prey animals and do not generally like to be held.  So if he struggles when you try to hold him, don't force the issue.  Rabbits in the wild who are held are generally dinner.

Neutering is ok any time after his testicles have descended (about 4 months of age).  It will not change his personality but will keep him from demonstrating undesirable hormonal behaviors like spraying, circling, mounting, etc.

Rabbits hit their full growth between 9 and 12 months.
