I am raising bunnies to sell the last few babies   sold have died also they are dying daily  unsure of cause have noticed some have had runny stool no seizures or fast heart rate noticed cages kept clean fresh food and water daily looking for suggestions as to what might be  wrong with my babies

If the babies are sick and dying, you need to have a fecal exam done by a good rabbit vet to determine the problem and get appropriate treatment.  They might have coccidiosis, or they could be weaned too young and be suffering from intestinal infections.  The article above explains.
