Question
I have a fixed female and unfixed male who have taken to bonding it seems.  The female, even before the male, leaves poops all over.  I was hoping this would stop with being fixed.  Does she just need further potty traing and maybe just a refresher course, or is it going to happen regardless since the unfixed male has been added to the picture.  Should this stop after fixing the male, which we plan to do soon, or are my expectations just to high?  Also, with other animals in the house (right now a litter of baby rabbits and guinea pigs), does this cause the excessive poops and territory markings.  I would like just to have them not go in my children's room as to avoid the other critters, but is there a safe way of doing this, besides closing the door, as with some sort of repellant?  Sorry for all the questions, but the answers to these will make the relationship amoungst us all much happier if we can understand what is going on.  Thanks for your help.

Answer
She could be picking up the smells of the other rabbits and marking territory, or the male, being unneutered, is causing her to mark territory.  I have guinea pigs and that doesn't seem to upset my rabbit sany.

I would shut the door to keep them away from the other rabbits.  She can still smell them, and will still mark.  Once the male is fixed, he should stop marking.

If she still is marking after all that, she may need to go back to Litterbox Training 101, where you confine her to a smaller space with multiple boxes until she starts using them consistently.
