My rabbit hair issuse

Ok, so I noticed my rabbit is missing hair around his neck, its also wet but i don't know why. Plus he has been like sleep with his mouth closed around the bars of his cage, why?

This sounds to me as if your bunny has some serious dental problems that are causing him to drool, burning his skin and causing a lot of discomfort.  Please get him to a good rabbit vet ASAP for a full dental exam, including deep in the back otf the mouth to check for molar spurs.  Please read:
