AnswerDear Tina,
Rabbits do NOT do well when it's hot. Any time the mercury gets to 78 Farenheit or higher, it's time to bring them inside where it's air conditioned. Many, many rabbits die of heat stroke in the summer, and I'd hate for yours to suffer that horrible fate.
Please at least provide them with large, frozen water jugs they can lean against when it's hot. NEVER allow them to be in direct sun, and always provide plenty of fresh, cold water for them in both a sipper bottle (with a thermos cover) and a water bowl (ice cubes are a good touch).
But indoors where it's cool is definitely your best bet.
