Question
I bought 2 female bunnies in the spring.  They are living in the same large hutch, and have recently started trying to mate.  Is it possible that they are really females?  I read about male bunnies doing this to establish dominance.  I am concerned that I have one male and one female, but do not know how to really tell.

If they are opposite sexes, then please get them to a vet ASAP for examination, to see if it's safe to spay/neuter them so they can live together as a loving couple without the danger of unwanted litters.  Please see:
