thanks alana

Answer -
Alana, could be.  How old are they ?  Like in woman, Pragnancy cause hormonal changes and she might feel out of sorts.  Talk to her sweetly and offer her treats (never lots of treats - a 1 inch piece of apple or bannana - they like the peel better than the inside) and she will return to her old self.  Pragnancy lasts 31 days - at day 28 she needs to be put into a cage by herself with a nice clean nest box full of clean dry hay.

Answer
They mated when they were 91 days old ?   She could be pregnant.  Not such a good idea because neither are mature.  Normally first mateing for a doe is at 150 days and for a male 180 days.  That does not mean they cannot mate - and want to - but that their bodies are still quite unmature and the mother is not emotionally ready to care for kits.  Imagine a pair of 13 years old humans.  I would seperate them and count down to 31 days and hope she did not "take".

Hormonal changes can cause the doe to be out of sorts, shy, unhappy, unresponsive to you. You need to check her to make sure there is nothing else wrong, if everything else looks ok just be very loving, she will come around eventualy.  There is a way to check if a doe is PG but only an expert can tell - it took me a couple of years to dominate the tecnicke, an inexperianced person could harm the doe.
